Our Home Inspection

Our home inspections are conducted by state licensed and industry certified inspectors. Our home inspections adhere to the state of Maryland Home Inspection Standards Of Practice and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors Standards of Practice.  
Due to our commitment to advancing home energy efficiency, our inspection procedures are also based on the Whole-House Systems Approach and provide home buyers with the information they can use to make their new home safe, comfortable, and efficient. To that effect, we include a free energy assessment report with your regular home inspection. 
The home energy assessment gives you an understanding of how much your new home will cost you to operate once you move in.
