After creating the Repair/Request List, it can be simply added as an attachment to the required addendum form.

All agents working with us are protected for up to $10,000 from unforeseeable frivolous lawsuits that may arise from referring third party service providers. This protection is made available mostly to give you added peace of mind when you refer our services to your clients. It actually protect you the Realtor, in the most unlikely scenario if and when such complications arise. The protection is provided by our professional association InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
